In short: you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying, and you can cancel a subscription at any time without a fee.

1. 14-day refund

PurchaseRefund
First payment of a Creator subscription (monthly or yearly)Full refund if you ask within 14 days of the payment
Credit packFull refund within 14 days if no credits have been used; if some were used, a refund for the unused credits
Renewal paymentsNot refunded, except as required by law (see section 3) or if we charged you in error

We do not charge a cancellation fee.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time. On the web, go to Settings, then Plan, then Cancel, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. In the iPhone app, cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect no later than 3 business days after your request. You keep Creator features until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Your logos and templates are kept.

3. Customers in Israel and the EU

This policy does not reduce your rights under the law of your country. Customers in Israel may cancel a distance purchase as set out in the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and may cancel an ongoing subscription at any time; where the law requires it, a cancelled yearly plan is refunded for the unused full months. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. When you start using the Service within those 14 days, you ask us to begin providing it straight away.

4. How to ask for a refund

5. Charged in error or a problem with the Service

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or a paid feature did not work and we could not fix it, contact us at [email protected] and we will refund the affected payment, at any time.

6. Abuse

We may decline repeated refund requests from the same person when they are used to get the paid plan for free. This does not affect your legal rights.
