Terms of Service
Effective 22 October 2026
1. Who we are
Logoli ("Logoli", "we", "us") is a service for adding a logo or signature (a watermark) to photos. It is run from Israel. You can reach us at [email protected]. These terms apply to the website at logoli.app, the web app and the Logoli iPhone app (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund Policy.
2. Your account
- You sign in with Google or Apple. You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
- One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to get more free credits is not allowed.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the web app or the iPhone app. Deleting it removes your photos, logos and templates as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Your content
- "Your content" means the photos, logos, text and templates you upload or create.
- You keep all rights to your content. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it only so we can run the Service for you, including sending it to the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy. This licence ends when your content is deleted.
- You confirm that you own your content or have permission to use it, including any logo, brand or trademark you add, and any people shown in your photos.
- We do not claim ownership of your content, do not sell it, and do not use it to train AI models.
- Uploaded photos and exported images are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. We show the delete date on each item and remind you before it happens. Download anything you want to keep. Logos and templates stay until you delete them.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- upload content that is illegal, sexually exploits minors, or shows anyone in an intimate situation without their consent;
- put someone else's logo or trademark on content to pass it off as theirs, or remove or cover another person's watermark on content you do not own;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- break, probe or overload the Service, get around usage limits, or access other users' data;
- resell or automate access to the Service without our written permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where the law allows, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
5. AI placement
Logoli can suggest where to place your watermark using automated analysis, including Anthropic's Claude AI. Suggestions are made by a machine and can be wrong. Always check the result before you post it. You decide what you publish.
6. Plans and payment
- Free: basic use with a small "Made with Logoli" mark on exports and usage limits shown in the app.
- Creator: $8 per month or $72 per year, without the Logoli mark and with the limits shown on the pricing page.
- Credit packs: one-off purchases of export credits, valid for 12 months from purchase.
- Prices are shown before you pay. Prices for Israel are shown in shekels including VAT. Other local taxes may be added at checkout.
- On the web, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders. Paddle provides customer service for payment questions and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to those purchases.
- In the iPhone app, purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are governed by Apple's terms. Apple charges your Apple ID and handles billing and refunds for those purchases.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. Web subscriptions are cancelled in Settings in the web app, or through the link in your Paddle receipt. App Store subscriptions are cancelled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- If we change a subscription price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and your right to cancel are explained in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
8. Changes to the Service
We are improving Logoli all the time and may add, change or remove features. If we stop the Service or a paid feature you rely on, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period you cannot use.
9. Our rights
The Service, its software, design and the Logoli name and logo belong to us. These terms do not give you any right to them except to use the Service as described here.
10. Disclaimers and liability
- We provide the Service "as is". We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or interruptions.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost followers, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
11. Ending these terms
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will refund any prepaid period we cannot provide unless the account was closed for fraud or abuse.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel and delete your account.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Please contact us first at [email protected]; most problems can be solved quickly.
14. Apple-specific terms
If you use the iPhone app: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it, and is not responsible for any claims about it, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. If the app fails to meet any warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price of the app; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo and are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
